§1 The following operator uses these terms and conditions:

$2 Scope / area of those terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the operator and a consumer/costumer (according to § 13 BGB of a "natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed").

§3 Conclusion of the contract and storage of the contract text. The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to orders that consumers/costumers place via the onlineshop of arrival of beasts. The contract is concluded with the operator (see § 1).

The presentation and description of the goods on the website of onlineshop does not constitute a contract offer. When the payment process for the digital goods is carried out, a binding contract is concluded. After receipt of payment, the operator must send the digital goods within 48 hours. If this time is exceeded, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and receive his payment back. If the customer is informed by the operator, this time may differ. The customer then still has the right to withdraw from the contract.

§4 Payment Process

The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices quoted. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may also apply. The following payment options are available to consumers:

Klarna (Instant Payment)

§5 Subscriptions / Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are optional. Subscription plans cost money monthly but can be canceled at any time. On canceling a plan the paid money for the on going month is not paid back. The plans only can be changed for the following months. Bronze members have access to bronze areas in the forum. Silver members have access to bronze and silver areas in the forum. Gold members have access to bronze, silver and gold areas in the forum. Please only pay for subsriptions if you can easily afford the money - it´s supportive.

It is recommended to create an account on the website, if you pay for subscriptions. That allows you to track your status on your personal profile.

§6 Delivery, Delivery restrictions

The delivery takes place - unless the description of a selected product explicitly stipulates otherwise - within 7 working days. In the case of payment via bank transfer or PayPal, this period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued.

The delivery for digital goods (keys, download links, ...) happens within the 48 hours after the operator recieves the payment. You will recieve always information about the process. The digital delivery is free of cost.

§7 Transfer of risk

The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods lies with the user until the goods are handed over and is transferred to the consumer upon handover.

For digital goods, please check your spam folders and the correct input of your email addresses.

§8 Retention of title

The operator retains ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been received in full.

§9 Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

§10 Returning digital goods

For digital goods the returning is divergent. You have the rights to return the digital product provided you have not activated it so far. After activating any digital key you are out of returning the digital product. Subscriptions can not be refunded / returned in any form.
